When I'm tired, then I'd make a stop in this restaurant called Sumber Hidangan (lit. The Source of Dishes). Located in Braga St. 20-22. This restaurant provides oldies-Deutsche menu, includes bakery, cake & pastry which I bet was once your grandmother's all-time favorites. For main dishes, they also have European steak with affordable price.

My mom was the one who introduced me this restaurant, she used to go with dad when they were still dating, and surprisingly this restaurant still have their special menu which they used to order before (wow, it's been more than 20 years, then!)

What touches me most was all the employees look like they've been working here for more than 10 years or so, they're even still using old cashier machine and didn't look even bothered with the fact so many modern stuffs already. It's so nostalgic being here, I feel like I'm in my grandmother's era, and it's a good thing!

I ordered some ice cream, pastry and cakes at that time, and they taste so original. Because all the menus here are home-made, I guess, that's the plus-point here.
